Open System Company has developed a device for adjusting Common Rail injectors by Siemens VDO - Mega Tester V3

In the end of 2018 Open System Company, one of the experts in design and production of diesel testing equipment has developed a device for adjusting and repair of Common Rail injectors Siemens VDO. The new product’s name is Mega Tester V3. It is equipped with a new convenient digital display on the front panel showing the gap size.



Technical specifications. Mega Tester V3 is a digital complex device which provides following operations on the Common Rail injectors by Siemens VDO:

1. Measurement of insulation resistance (test voltage is 1000 volts) for all types of Common Rail injectors and pump-injectors either electromagnetic or piezoelectric;
2. Measurement of the resistance of the piezoelectric in the Common Rail injectors;
3. Installation of the required piezoelectric gap when assembling Common Rail injectors;
4. Measurement and installation the profile of a piezoelectric of used injectors.

Also the new device can be used for measurement of the resistance of the piezoelectric in the Common Rail injectors by Bosch.

Right after the presentation of Mega Tester V3 it has appealed a great interest of the diesel-engine service engineers in Ukraine and abroad.
